Eppley Airfield

The Eppley Airfield Parking Garage and Customer Service Center features one million square feet of new construction. The six-level parking garage adds 5,000 parking spaces and is designed with energy efficiency in mind. The 20,000 square foot customer service center is connected to the parking garage and encased entirely by floor to ceiling windows overlooking the runway. The customer service center houses car rental service booths and includes a sitting lounge with a glass floor where you can view traffic driving directly underneath. A new heated skywalk that bridges the existing airport to the new buildings allows customers to walk entirely indoors from the terminal to the garage. A ticketing plaza featuring a 2,300 square foot office and nine exit lanes allowing for easy traffic flow.

Parking Garage & Classroom Building

Colorado School of Mines

This combined build is a new construction of a mixed-use parking garage and classrooms for the Colorado School of Mines. The project features a 45,000 square foot, four-level parking garage with 650 parking spaces and a connected 23,000 square foot, three-story classroom and office building. It meets standards for LEED Gold certification and houses the Trefny Innovative Instruction Center.

Academy Lincoln Parking Garage & Townhomes

This mixed-use build integrates a 190,500 square foot, 551-stall parking garage with an 8,600 square foot, two-story set of seven townhomes.  Located in downtown Lincoln, the eight-story parking garage has a half-square-block footprint and features unique exterior metal screen panels with an antique car design. The townhomes are attached to the garage and set aside for local university students.
