Colorado School of Mines

This combined build is a new construction of a mixed-use parking garage and classrooms for the Colorado School of Mines. The project features a 45,000 square foot, four-level parking garage with 650 parking spaces and a connected 23,000 square foot, three-story classroom and office building. It meets standards for LEED Gold certification and houses the Trefny Innovative Instruction Center.
