This mixed-use build integrates a 190,500 square foot, 551-stall parking garage with an 8,600 square foot, two-story set of seven townhomes. Located in downtown Lincoln, the eight-story parking garage has a half-square-block footprint and features unique exterior metal screen panels with an antique car design. The townhomes are attached to the garage and set aside for local university students.

This project is one of three parking decks located in the busy Haymarket area, serving area tenants and event traffic for the nearby Pinnacle Bank Arena. All three garages have a double-threaded helix circulation, allowing for two-way traffic and 90-degree stalls. This garage has 947 stalls.
