The renovation of a 200,000 square foot, four-story building combines a new 911 dispatch center, county treasurer office, and government offices into one building. Significant upgrades were made to the historic facility, including new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, and elevators for ADA compliance.

Randall Community Water District Regional Waterline

A 72-mile, regional high-capacity water transmission line for Randall Community Water District (RCWD) to carry water from the Missouri River to southeastern South Dakota. The design-build contract was awarded to Hausmann Construction-General Excavating Joint Venture, in collaboration with engineer SEH Inc. Hausmann was also awarded the construction manager at risk contract to complete improvements to the Platte Treatment Plant for RCWD with ID8 Architecture.
