This 91,500 square foot combination of new construction and renovation includes a secure front entry, administration area, commons space, kitchen, new competition gym, locker rooms, and a weight room. The project included the demolition of the 1920s high school, the renovation of the existing elementary into high school classrooms, and redesigning the existing library into an agricultural shop.

Summerland Public Schools

Built on a greenfield site, this new 130,000 square foot PK-12 school is the product of over 50 years of partnering, consolidating the Clearwater, Ewing, and Orchard school districts into one building. The state-of-the-art facility includes a top-loading gymnasium, student collaboration areas, STEM spaces with the latest technologies, science labs, media center, commons that overlooks the new athletic field, and a five-room press box on the roof of the building.
