Housed at the Nebraska Innovation Campus, this 16,000 square foot interior tenant finish features a unique conex box in the center of the office, fit with conference rooms and larger offices. Desks and collaborative workspaces surround the conex box.

Phase II

This 55,000 square foot, multi-floor tenant improvement occupies the second and third floors of the Rise Building on the Nebraska Innovation Campus. The project boasts an added mezzanine and space for relaxation and collaboration.

New construction of a 7,000 square foot bank with three drive-thru teller lanes, multiple offices, conference rooms, large lobby, and rich wood and marble features throughout. The building was designed to match their existing branches including the brand’s signature cupola, a small dome that adds natural light at the peak of the building.
