Lincoln Plastics Corporate Headquarters

This project includes phase 1 and 2 of the corporate headquarters buildings for Lincoln Plastics, formerly known as Geist Plastics, a division of PCE. The office features a prominent main entrance, lobby, reception, workout/fitness facility, shower area, break rooms, and a collaborative workspace surrounded by offices. The back of each building incorporates a warehouse with large open area for storage, maintenance, shipping, and receiving.

Operations Center & Fleet Maintenance Building

Lincoln Electric System

Located on a secure 120-acre campus, this two-phase project incorporates the new construction of a 200,000 square foot fleet maintenance building with a 120,000 square foot, state-of-the-art corporate office and operations center. Large enough to hold two football fields, the maintenance building features 13 total garage doors, overhead cranes, and full-service auto mechanic stations. The three-story office building features an attached training facility with conditioned soil for the year-round practice of setting power poles and includes executive offices, board rooms, multipurpose areas, a lunchroom/catering space, fitness area with locker rooms, a private balcony, and a large lobby.

Pillen Family Farms

With two faux grain bins and vaulted ceilings, this new construction of a 34,000 square foot, two-story corporate headquarters and warehouse facility features a hog-barn replicate design and state-of-the-art genetics lab. The first floor includes activity-based workspaces, small conference rooms, outdoor patio, and breakout rooms. The second floor incorporates eight executive suites, conference rooms, a fitness center, and an outdoor roof deck.

Madison County Bank

This 20,600 square foot, three-story new construction of a bank features a decorative staircase and atrium lobby open to the second level. The building includes teller stations, conference rooms, open-concept desk space, second-floor executive offices, and a walk-out basement. Site work included a multiple-car drive-through with an integrated pneumatic tube system.
