Colorado State University

New construction of a 99,250-square-foot equine teaching hospital for Colorado State University provides leading-edge teaching, research, and clinical services for equine veterinary medicine. The hospital provides new ways to perform surgery and take diagnostic images of equine patients, allowing them the best care in the region. The facility also provides outpatient care, along with internal medicine, surgery, reproduction, dentistry, dermatology, neurology, cardiology, rehabilitation, and CT scanning technology to evaluate equine patients while standing, reducing stress and minimizing risk. These features along with a future sports medicine component – featuring hydrotherapy and a proprioception track – set this facility apart as the top equine hospital in the region.

This classroom wing renovation to an occupied college building includes the installation of new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems throughout. The project also features new flooring and painted ceilings with tectum panels in the building’s main corridor, new ceilings in the classrooms, upgraded restrooms, and a new data room.

Lied Place Residences

Rising above its neighbors, this 20-story condominium and mixed-use building combines contemporary design with the architectural elements of downtown Lincoln. Lied Place Residences, located at 12th & Q Streets, is a $30 million redevelopment project and will be Lincoln’s second-tallest building at completion, with the Capitol as the first.
