Attached to the existing Antelope Memorial Hospital, this 8,000 square foot clinic addition features a lab testing area, multiple exam rooms, an operating room, nurse’s station, and waiting area. It includes a new exterior entry with exposed glu-lam beams, decking, brick, and precast façade with a large curtainwall at the stair tower.

Phase I included the relocation of the EEG Department, which required demolition of the existing area with a new build-out to better fit their current needs. Phase II included the expansion and remodel of the current gift shop, providing a new storefront to the existing space.

This new construction of an 82,000 square foot, four-story healthcare education building features health science classrooms structured around a four-story glass atrium. It includes state-of-the-art lab areas and exam rooms, a simulation center, specialized teaching spaces, general purpose classrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
