New construction of a 11,200 square foot fire station features a four-stall pull-through fire truck bay and an independent decontamination room. Area firefighters keep comfortable with a large kitchen/dining space, ten individual sleeping areas, restrooms, lockers, media/lounge room, workout area, offices, an outdoor patio, and a separate storage area for protective gear, uniforms, and supplies.

Randall Community Water District Regional Waterline

A 72-mile, regional high-capacity water transmission line for Randall Community Water District (RCWD) to carry water from the Missouri River to southeastern South Dakota. The design-build contract was awarded to Hausmann Construction-General Excavating Joint Venture, in collaboration with engineer SEH Inc. Hausmann was also awarded the construction manager at risk contract to complete improvements to the Platte Treatment Plant for RCWD with ID8 Architecture.

Features an upgraded commercial kitchen with new cabinets, solid surface countertops for teaching, and the transformation of existing conference areas into a natural-style grocery store. Highlights include the addition of two classrooms and a computer lab.
