The project also features structural and interior finish upgrades throughout, with new state-of-the-art systems to increase energy efficiency.

The building will provide students with hands-on training and education to prepare them for entry into the workforce or transfer to four-year institutions. The curriculum will offer pathways in various fields including construction, diesel power mechanics, engineering, cyber security, renewable energy, as well as other STEM pathways in math, science, and applied technology. The building will be equipped with modern technology and equipment to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields.
