Benthack Hall

Wayne State College

Creating an identifiable entry point for the building, this 42,000 square-foot complete renovation includes the reconfiguration of spaces to support the study of industrial technology, computer technology, family and consumer science, early childhood education, and counseling. The project also features structural and interior finish upgrades throughout, with new state-of-the-art systems to increase energy efficiency.

Francis Allen Gymnastics Training Complex

University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Named in honor of storied Nebraska and Olympic gymnastics coach Francis Allen, this 46,500 square foot, state-of-the-art gymnastics training facility is an addition to the northwest side of the Bob Devaney Sports Center. The complex includes a grand entrance lobby, athletic therapy sites, locker rooms, offices, team rooms, and a dedicated practice space for men’s and women’s gymnastics that is one-of-a-kind in the nation.
