Providing a new home for Columbus High School students, this new construction of a 257,000 square foot educational facility features two gymnasiums, wrestling and fitness rooms, a music/drama wing, 740-seat auditorium, two-story classroom wing, and an industrial arts shop. The project also includes 875 parking stalls, a new competition field, a track, several practice fields, and event areas.

Infrastructure enhancements include modern HVAC, LED lighting, fire alarms, and intercom systems. Exterior improvements feature a new track, parking lot expansion, six renovated tennis courts, a geothermal well field beneath a new turf football field, and upgraded stadium lighting.

Benson High School Medical & Dental Clinic

A 9,900 square foot, two-story addition with dedicated spaces for three end users. Features a new main entrance for the high school, a first-floor public dental clinic, and a second-floor public medical office. Highlights include a large conference room, interior and exterior gathering stairs, a snowmelt system for exterior paving, and a precast structure with multiple exterior finishes, including EIFS, metal panels, curtain walls, and architectural mesh.
