This four-story, 186,000 square foot structure integrates residence halls with an academic center. The 134-unit hall includes a mix of studio, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. The two-story academic center features a learning commons, private study areas, flexible meeting space, food service, and office spaces.

Francis Allen Gymnastics Training Complex

University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Named in honor of storied Nebraska and Olympic gymnastics coach Francis Allen, this 46,500 square foot, state-of-the-art gymnastics training facility is an addition to the northwest side of the Bob Devaney Sports Center. The complex includes a grand entrance lobby, athletic therapy sites, locker rooms, offices, team rooms, and a dedicated practice space for men’s and women’s gymnastics that is one-of-a-kind in the nation.
