Highlights include a FEMA shelter, an on-site Emergency Management Operations and Training Center, and county maintenance facilities, all situated on a 40-acre site with two retention ponds.

A 90,000 square foot community facility combines extensive renovations with modern additions to create a versatile and inclusive space. The additions feature a 20,800 square foot gymnasium with an elevated running track, a 5,600 square foot child development center, a golf simulator room, an elevator for improved accessibility, and new restroom groups to serve the expanded areas. Renovation highlights include a remodeled and expanded swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, an updated weight room, an adventure challenge area, dedicated spaces for cardio and aerobics, an updated lobby and offices, revamped locker rooms, and upgraded electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency throughout the facility.
