This combined build is a new construction of a mixed-use parking garage and classrooms for the Colorado School of Mines. The project features a 252,100 square foot, four-level parking garage with 650 parking spaces and a connected 23,800 square foot, three-story classroom and office building. It meets standards for LEED Gold certification and houses the Trefny Innovative Instruction Center.

West Haymarket Parking Deck 3

This project is one of three parking decks located in the busy Haymarket area, serving area tenants and event traffic for the nearby Pinnacle Bank Arena. All three garages have a double-threaded helix circulation, allowing for two-way traffic and 90-degree stalls. This garage has 947 stalls.

New construction of a 361,593 square foot student housing building in the heart of downtown Lincoln. Features include two outside courtyards with one serving as a large entertainment area with a spa, big screen TV, and grilling/seating stations.
