The largest residence hall on the Wayne State College campus, this full interior renovation of the existing structure includes upgrades to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarms throughout. The building also features new windows, new restrooms, study spaces, a recreation room, and fresh, modern finishes.

CSU – Chiropteran Research Facility

Colorado State University

New construction of 99,252 sf equine teaching hospital. The JFEH provides leading-edge teaching, research, and clinical services, offering specialized equine veterinary medicine with notable offerings in critical care, isolation, diagnostic imaging, and sports medicine and rehabilitation. The JFEH functions as a full service, tertiary referral equine hospital providing surgical, medical, emergency and elective veterinary treatments for the Rocky Mountain region. It also provides teaching experience for the Professional Veterinary Medicine Program in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS), functioning as a center for experiential learning for veterinary students, undergraduate students, and veterinary medical technician students. The facility is a two-story structure with clinical operations and horse stalls on the 1st floor and educational/office components on the 2nd floor.
