Overlook and Burdette + Wade

New multi-family housing development spanning 6.22 acres. The Overlook portion is made up of 47 town houses and two family dwelling units totaling 63,000 square foot. The Burdette+Wade area consists of three total buildings with 67 residential units as well as commercial space totaling 79,249 square foot.
