Two 13,000 square foot buildings flank the main and offer physical therapy support. Six 34,000 to 38,000 square foot neighborhood structures serve as the living quarters for the members; each neighborhood has three distinct homes and 12-15 member bedrooms, for a total of 225 units; the neighborhoods and homes are designed for specific care models (assisted living, memory care, etc.) to meet the various needs of the members.
