The campus features a 75,000 square foot main building that houses administration, food services, clinic spaces, a wood shop, a craft area, chapel, and large group gathering spaces. Two 13,000 square foot buildings flank the main and offer physical therapy support. Six 34,000 to 38,000 square foot neighborhood structures serve as the living quarters for the members; each neighborhood has three distinct homes and 12-15 member bedrooms, for a total of 225 units; the neighborhoods and homes are designed for specific care models (assisted living, memory care, etc.) to meet the various needs of the members.
