New construction of a 55,000-square-foot facility that creates a hub for all DSU Athletics. The two-phase project on the 25-acre site creates both an exciting game day and enhanced student-athlete experience. Phase One features site work of a new NCAA competition track, synthetic turf soccer field, and large grandstand, while Phase Two includes a new weight room, locker rooms, E-Sports competition center, hospitality space, and second-level suites overlooking a new synthetic turf football field.

Osborne Legacy Complex

University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Aiming to be a leader in sport science and student athlete nutrition, academics, and services, this two-phase project will create a 350,000 square foot expansion to propel Husker Athletics to the next level. Phase One centers around the Football Performance Center, which will include athletic medicine area, strength complex, equipment room, locker rooms, football offices, meeting spaces, and extra space for a future expansion. Phase Two will provide enhancements for all student athletes, featuring a new academic center, new training table, and a student-athlete lobby. A new outdoor track stadium rounds out the project that will influence the future of Husker Athletics.

Francis Allen Gymnastics Training Complex

Named in honor of storied Nebraska and Olympic gymnastics coach Francis Allen, this 46,500 square foot, state-of-the-art gymnastics training facility is an addition to the northwest side of the Bob Devaney Sports Center. This nationally competitive, one-of-a-kind complex includes a grand-entrance lobby, athletic therapy sites, locker rooms, offices, team rooms, and a dedicated practice space for men’s and women’s gymnastics.

Summerland Public Schools

Built on a greenfield site, this new 130,000 square foot PK-12 school is the product of over 50 years of partnering, consolidating the Clearwater, Ewing, and Orchard school districts into one building. The state-of-the-art facility includes a top-loading gymnasium, student collaboration areas, STEM spaces with the latest technologies, science labs, media center, commons that overlooks the new athletic field, and a five-room press box on the roof of the building.

A legacy project to improve the East and West Stadiums, this build increases permanent seating capacity to over 5,000 and creates one of the largest high school stadiums in the state of Nebraska. The project features a two-tier press box with a dedicated filming and media area and includes a coach’s meeting space, updated restrooms, a concession stand, and locker rooms.

Transforming the original 1976 facility into a premium volleyball arena for UNL’s championship team, this renovation features a 13,500 seat arena, a 1,000 seat natatorium with swimming and diving pools, and a 5,000 seat indoor track. The improvement project include a wrestling practice gym, athletic medicine room, locker rooms, coaches’ offices, and a strength training complex.  Premium hospitality suites, coaches’ offices, locker rooms, VIP areas, remodeled concession areas, and new features to the brilliantly colored court help to create the intimacy that Nebraska volleyball once enjoyed at the Coliseum.

Hendricks Training Complex

A state-of-the-art training complex for men’s and women’s basketball and wrestling, this 64,000 square foot project for the UNL Athletic Department features a floor-to-ceiling tile mural, a floating granite basketball fountain, and iPads that sync to individual lockers. The facility includes men’s and women’s basketball courts, locker rooms, wrestling/weight room, and business offices.

Copple Family YMCA

Lincoln Public Schools & YMCA of Lincoln

This project is the product of a unique partnership between the Lincoln Public Schools and YMCA of Lincoln. The 243,291 square foot facility is noteworthy for its use of nearly every structural element available in the industry. The build also incorporates both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a water track, a spa, and splash pad. More than 298 geothermal wells fuel the facility, and three indoor gymnasiums create space for intramural sports, tournaments, and other activities.
