This classroom wing renovation to an occupied college building includes the installation of new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems throughout. The project also features new flooring and painted ceilings with tectum panels in the building’s main corridor, new ceilings in the classrooms, upgraded restrooms, and a new data room.
