One half of the project replaces the current student health center, and the other half houses the new 53,000-square-foot UNMC College of Nursing.

Cardiology Clinic: A 15,000 square foot renovation to the 3rd floor of the West Medical Office Building, creating new space for the Cardiology Clinic. Features conference rooms, upgraded offices, restrooms, exam rooms, and a new waiting and reception area. Highlights include a modernized layout designed to enhance patient experience and staff efficiency, with state-of-the-art medical facilities.

CT Expansion: A 1,400 square foot remodel of the Imaging and Radiology department. Features a two-phase renovation designed to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Highlights include updated layout to accommodate an additional CT machine, with rearranged radiology rooms.

SPD Remodel: A 4,100 square foot renovation of this critical hospital department. Features a phased construction approach to maintain department occupancy and minimize disruption. Includes all new equipment, such as a cart washer, three sterilizers, pass-thru processors, endoscope drying cabinets, ultrasonic cleaner, RO water system, and pack/prep areas.
