Designed to handle over 800 patients per day with over 500 staff, this new construction of 150,000 square foot healthcare facility features an open atrium, a fully-robotic pharmacy, and a gathering rotunda with a full-service coffee bar. The building includes a teaching auditorium, teaching kitchen, and open classrooms for use in local events and seminars. The second floor incorporates a workout/therapy gymnasium and medical spa, and levels three through five hold state-of-the-art practice rooms for physicians, clinicians, pharmacists, dentists, optometrists, and specialists, allowing this to be a one-stop shop for healthcare.

Lancaster County Mental Health Crisis Facility

Lancaster County

The Lancaster County Mental Health Crisis Facility underwent a 17,400 square foot addition and renovation. This involved the complete demolition of all existing offices, walls, and MEP systems. New site utilities and a fire suppression wet sprinkler system were installed for safety. The addition featured 19 new bedrooms for patients, along with two seclusion rooms, a fitness area, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and a parking lot. Significant security enhancements were implemented, including upgrades to doors, walls, ceilings, door hardware, and security systems to meet Behavioral Health guidelines. Unique construction materials were utilized to prevent self-harm incidents within the facility.
