A 90,000 square foot community facility combines extensive renovations with modern additions to create a versatile and inclusive space. The additions feature a 20,800 square foot gymnasium with an elevated running track, a 5,600 square foot child development center, a golf simulator room, an elevator for improved accessibility, and new restroom groups to serve the expanded areas. Renovation highlights include a remodeled and expanded swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, an updated weight room, an adventure challenge area, dedicated spaces for cardio and aerobics, an updated lobby and offices, revamped locker rooms, and upgraded electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency throughout the facility.

New construction of a 96,000 square foot school. Features a new secure entrance with administrative offices, modern classrooms, a gymnasium, media center, early childhood center, and a commons area with a kitchen. Highlights include new surface parking, utilities, surfaced courts, open green space, and outdoor learning areas.

Benson High School Medical & Dental Clinic

A 9,900 square foot, two-story addition with dedicated spaces for three end users. Features a new main entrance for the high school, a first-floor public dental clinic, and a second-floor public medical office. Highlights include a large conference room, interior and exterior gathering stairs, a snowmelt system for exterior paving, and a precast structure with multiple exterior finishes, including EIFS, metal panels, curtain walls, and architectural mesh.
