The project was completed in two separate phases within a fully operational hospital. Phase I included the relocation of the EEG Department, which required demolition of the existing area with a new build-out to better fit their current needs. Phase II included the expansion and remodel of the current gift shop, providing a new storefront to the existing space.

Highlights include a modernized layout designed to enhance patient experience and staff efficiency, with state-of-the-art medical facilities.

CT Expansion: A 1,400 square foot remodel of the Imaging and Radiology department. Features a two-phase renovation designed to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Highlights include updated layout to accommodate an additional CT machine, with rearranged radiology rooms.

SPD Remodel: A 4,100 square foot renovation of this critical hospital department. Features a phased construction approach to maintain department occupancy and minimize disruption. Includes all new equipment, such as a cart washer, three sterilizers, pass-thru processors, endoscope drying cabinets, ultrasonic cleaner, RO water system, and pack/prep areas.

Lancaster County Mental Health Crisis Facility

Lancaster County

The Lancaster County Mental Health Crisis Facility underwent a 17,400 square foot addition and renovation. This involved the complete demolition of all existing offices, walls, and MEP systems. New site utilities and a fire suppression wet sprinkler system were installed for safety. The addition featured 19 new bedrooms for patients, along with two seclusion rooms, a fitness area, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and a parking lot. Significant security enhancements were implemented, including upgrades to doors, walls, ceilings, door hardware, and security systems to meet Behavioral Health guidelines. Unique construction materials were utilized to prevent self-harm incidents within the facility.
