Lincoln Plastics Corporate Headquarters

This project includes phase one and two of the corporate headquarters buildings for Lincoln Plastics, formerly known as Geist Plastics, a division of PCE. The office features a prominent main entrance, lobby, reception, workout/fitness facility, shower area, break rooms, and a collaborative workspace surrounded by offices. The back of each building incorporates a warehouse with large open area for storage, maintenance, shipping, and receiving.

West Gate Bank

New construction of a 7,000 square foot bank with three drive-thru teller lanes, multiple offices, conference rooms, large lobby, and rich wood and marble features throughout. The building was designed to match their existing branches including the brand’s signature cupola, a small dome that adds natural light at the peak of the building.
