This project couples a 16,000 square foot addition with a 20,000 square foot renovation of an occupied library, completed in phases to allow patrons access to services throughout construction. It includes a new library sector, learning commons, study areas, and student spaces.

Highlights include a versatile layout that accommodates educational, recreational, and community-focused services for families.
Gothenburg, NE
A 72-mile, regional high-capacity water transmission line for Randall Community Water District (RCWD) to carry water from the Missouri River to southeastern South Dakota. The design-build contract was awarded to Hausmann Construction-General Excavating Joint Venture, in collaboration with engineer SEH Inc. Hausmann was also awarded the construction manager at risk contract to complete improvements to the Platte Treatment Plant for RCWD with ID8 Architecture.

A 3,500 square foot renovation to an occupied non-profit serving the city. Features an upgraded commercial kitchen with new cabinets, solid surface countertops for teaching, and the transformation of existing conference areas into a natural-style grocery store. Highlights include the addition of two classrooms and a computer lab.
