Located on a secure 120-acre-campus, this two-phase project incorporates the new construction of a 200,000 square foot fleet maintenance building with a 120,000 square foot, state-of-the-art corporate office and operations center. Large enough to hold two football fields, the maintenance building features overhead cranes, full-service auto mechanic stations, and 13 total garage doors. The three-story office building features an attached training facility with conditioned soil for the year round practice of setting power poles and includes executive offices, board rooms, multipurpose areas, a lunchroom/catering space, a fitness area with locker rooms, a private balcony, and a large lobby.
