A strategic headquarters for the Nebraska Army and Air National Guard units, this 140,000 square foot strategic headquarters is a high-performance building and qualifies for LEED Silver status. It features innovative daylighting features to achieve energy efficiency goal and is organized around a large multi-story atrium with adjoining offices. The outside supporting facilities include military and privately-owned vehicle parking, access roads, and natural landscaping berms.

New construction of a 7,000 square foot bank with three drive-thru teller lanes, multiple offices, conference rooms, large lobby, and rich wood and marble features throughout.
