Providing expanded health science education for students at Central Community College, this 45,000 square foot addition to an occupied college campus features an open sitting area with a pergola design. Materials for distance learning are integrated throughout the facility, incorporating extensive camera and audiovisual equipment. It includes a pediatric and emergency medical service simulation lab.

The project was completed in two separate phases within a fully operational hospital. Phase I included the relocation of the EEG Department, which required demolition of the existing area with a new build-out to better fit their current needs. CSU – Chiropteran Research Facility

Colorado State University

New construction of 99,252 sf equine teaching hospital. The JFEH provides leading-edge teaching, research, and clinical services, offering specialized equine veterinary medicine with notable offerings in critical care, isolation, diagnostic imaging, and sports medicine and rehabilitation. The JFEH functions as a full service, tertiary referral equine hospital providing surgical, medical, emergency and elective veterinary treatments for the Rocky Mountain region. It also provides teaching experience for the Professional Veterinary Medicine Program in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS), functioning as a center for experiential learning for veterinary students, undergraduate students, and veterinary medical technician students. The facility is a two-story structure with clinical operations and horse stalls on the 1st floor and educational/office components on the 2nd floor.
