CT Expansion: A 1,400 square foot remodel of the Imaging and Radiology department. Features a two-phase renovation designed to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Highlights include updated layout to accommodate an additional CT machine, with rearranged radiology rooms.

SPD Remodel: A 4,100 square foot renovation of this critical hospital department. Features a phased construction approach to maintain department occupancy and minimize disruption. Includes all new equipment, such as a cart washer, three sterilizers, pass-thru processors, endoscope drying cabinets, ultrasonic cleaner, RO water system, and pack/prep areas.

New construction of a 55,000-square-foot facility that creates a hub for all DSU Athletics. The two-phase project on the 25-acre site creates both an exciting game day and enhanced student-athlete experience. Phase One features site work of a new NCAA competition track, synthetic turf soccer field, and large grandstand, while Phase Two includes a new weight room, locker rooms, E-Sports competition center, hospitality space, and second-level suites overlooking a new synthetic turf football field.
