Innovation Commons

University of Nebraska-Lincoln

This renovation of the existing two-story 70,000 square foot, historic 4H building creates a new conference center with a 400 seat auditorium for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Connected via a two-story link to the new Nebraska Innovation Campus office building, the open plaza between the two serves as the center of activity for the structures. It features a restoration of the original high bay trusses, conference break out rooms, leasable office space, and a ballroom.
