A groundbreaking was held for Lied Place Residences, a twenty-story condo and mixed-use project at 11th and Q streets that will become Lincoln’s second tallest building when finished. The first floor will have a 3,000 square foot restaurant space, followed by three floors of commercial office space and 15 floors of condos. Lincoln Mayor Leirion Gaylor-Baird called Lied Place an “iconic building” that is going to “significantly change our ever-changing skyline.”
