Above and Beyond – Project Award

Hausmann implemented Above and Beyond awards this year, employee-nominated accolades recognizing those who bring their best to the workplace. The Project honor is given to a staff member who exemplifies Hausmann ideals in company-wide working relationships, specifically through engaging in teamwork, mentoring an employee, proactively addressing and resolving a difficult situation, or completing a challenging project on-time and under budget. Project Manager Evan DeBoer was presented this year’s award because of his willingness to fully commit himself to new projects, thoughtfully mentor those he supervises, and monitor company funds.
