Hausmann is continually blessed by having passionate people on our team who continually work hard and help us all grow as a company. This year, we wanted to give a special shoutout to three of these people: Klay, Josh, and Tanner.
Klay, who won this year’s “Above & Beyond Project Award,” has been jokingly referred to as qualifying for the Nobel Peace Prize. His calm, positive, and approachable demeanor make it easy for people to follow and work beside him. He is relentlessly positive, and his openness and genuine care for his team pushes them to achieve outstanding results. Even when working on long, difficult jobs, Klay keeps his team’s morale high and boosts their energy for the benefit of the team and the project.
Josh, who won this year’s “Above & Beyond Community Award,” has shown impressive leadership with our clients, displaying sincerity in his relationships with them and serving them with generosity. He has shown the ability to remain calm during difficulty, providing solutions that ensure positive outcomes. He has gone above and beyond for the UNK and UNL Construction Management programs, the LPS projects, and everyone in the Hausmann Team.
Tanner, who won this year’s “Excellence in Safety Award,” always places safety first. Stemming from his care for his team and other people, Tanner never walks away from any unsafe situation and ensures it is resolved as quickly as possible. He is down-to-earth, genuine, and knowledgeable in his work, making him both an excellent leader and a pleasure to work with.
